What is Tenfold AI? From Taiwan to the world: accelerator selections and industry engagements, 2025–2026

Tenfold AI (天賦人工智慧) is an AI-native legal intelligence platform, founded in Taiwan in July 2024 and operating across Taiwan and the United States. Its flagship platform, LexGents, helps law firms, in-house teams and investment firms with legal research, contract drafting, risk review and Knowledge Management.
A year after founding, LexGents started leaving Taipei meeting rooms. It went on stage in Silicon Valley and Singapore, into accelerators focused on Japan, and into a Taiwanese bar association.
From September 2025 through 2026, that journey took three forms: accelerators and demo days that selected Tenfold AI through a review process, international events where the team showed the product in person, and talks with practicing lawyers. What follows goes region by region through what happened at each stop, with a full timeline at the end.
1. Silicon Valley
Selected for Taiwan Demo Day (September 2025)
Taiwan Tech Summit took place at the Santa Clara Convention Center. It was organized by the Silicon Valley nonprofit Taiwan Next Foundation and the Startup Island TAIWAN Silicon Valley Hub, with support from Taiwan's National Development Council. More than 800 people attended, over 150 of them professional investors.
Its Taiwan Demo Day took 9 startups. To qualify, a company needed at least one co-founder with a Taiwanese background, or operations closely tied to Taiwan's industry. The other teams on stage included serial founders and Y Combinator alumni.
Business Next described Tenfold AI as entering the US$437 billion global legal services market with LexGents, built for M&A, venture capital and large transaction documents, so law firms and in-house teams can review, draft and manage risk faster.

Plug and Play Silicon Valley Summit (November 2025)
Two months later, Tenfold AI was back in Silicon Valley for the Plug and Play Silicon Valley November Summit at Plug and Play's Sunnyvale headquarters. In the demo session, the team showed LexGents legal research, contract drafting and issue spotting, and spent the rest of the summit meeting corporates, legal departments and investors.

2. Singapore and Japan
Exhibiting at SWITCH Singapore 2025 (November 2025)
Tenfold AI exhibited with the Startup Island TAIWAN pavilion at SWITCH Singapore (Singapore Week of Innovation & Technology). Over the week, the team met law firms, in-house lawyers, venture investors and AI founders.
Three things were on show: legal Q&A with verifiable citations and reasoning, Knowledge Management that keeps learning from multi-jurisdiction content, and contract drafting with issue spotting. Singapore is one of Tenfold AI's priority markets in APAC.

Selected for A2Growth Launchpad 2026 (April 2026)
A2Growth is run by AVA Angels and supported by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The 2026 edition, its second, selected 16 startups across Enterprise AI, Consumer AI and Creator IP, cross-border commerce and industry intelligence, and Physical and Mobility AI.
The theme is "Taiwan → Japan → Global": international expansion, go-to-market and localization, with more mentors for the Japanese market. Through InnoVEX Taipei, IVS Kyoto and the Japan-Taiwan Innovation Summit, the program connects teams with venture and corporate networks in Taiwan, Japan and the US.
In its kick-off post, AVA Angels noted a higher level of commercial maturity in this cohort, with many teams building international markets into the product from the start.
3. Taiwan
Selected for the Meet Neo Star Top 30 (September 2025)
Meet Neo Star is the annual startup selection run by Business Next (數位時代) and Meet Startup. For 2025, the editors reviewed more than 230 startups they had tracked between September 2023 and August 2025 and chose 30 over two rounds. Tenfold AI was listed under enterprise services.
The first trend the editors named was AI moving into every industry. Their example: Tenfold AI's AI agents automating complex workflows.

Exhibiting at Meet Taipei Startup Festival (November 2025)
Neo Star finalists get a booth at Meet Taipei and a chance to pitch to investors and corporate judges. Tenfold AI set up in Taipei Expo Park and demonstrated LexGents legal research, contract drafting and Knowledge Management. Alongside the startup community, visitors included legal professionals, law firm partners and in-house teams.

Plug and Play Taiwan accelerator demo (December 2025)
Plug and Play Taiwan held its first deeptech demo event in Taoyuan, where Batch 0 and Batch 1 teams presented. Tenfold AI was one of them. Since launching Batch 0 in early 2025, Plug and Play Taiwan has accelerated 20 startups.
Business Next's coverage described Tenfold AI as combining Knowledge Management, collaborative contract drafting and cross-document risk identification, helping law firms and in-house teams work faster and to a higher standard.

Invited talk at the Hsinchu Bar Association (December 2025)
The Hsinchu Bar Association invited Tenfold AI to speak to practicing lawyers about the basics of generative AI and how it applies to legal work, including a walkthrough of LexGents for research, analysis and day-to-day practice.
The audience here wasn't investors. It was lawyers who draft pleadings and review contracts every day. Tenfold AI's view in the talk: the value of AI in law depends on how well it fits legal reasoning, professional judgment and real workflows, not on the technology itself.

Selected for Project Hatcher (2026)
Project Hatcher is a 12-week, equity-free accelerator run by Google Cloud Taiwan and SparkLabs Taiwan to help Taiwanese AI startups move from building products to scaling globally. Each cohort takes 15 seed to Series A AI-native startups and receives up to US$350,000 in Google Cloud credits, technical guidance from Google AI experts, and access to SparkLabs' international investor network.

5. What these experiences mean
Getting into an accelerator or onto a demo day stage doesn't mean a product has been proven in the market. Judges assess the team, the direction and the potential. A lawyer wants to know whether tomorrow's SPA review takes two hours less.
What this period brought was more concrete: time in front of investors and legal teams in Silicon Valley and Singapore, mentors and international networks through A2Growth and Project Hatcher, and face-to-face conversations with practicing lawyers at the Meet Taipei booth and the Hsinchu Bar Association. The next test is whether LexGents becomes part of how lawyers work every day.
